From our office in Corsham, Wiltshire, Clear Vision Accountancy is led by husband and wife duo, Matt and Sally Rogers. Together, they bring a wealth of hands-on experience gained from working in industry and running their own company. They understand first-hand the challenges of running a successful business and just how important the right support can be.
Matt and Sally are supported by a dedicated and approachable team who are committed to delivering accessible and personal support to every client. Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m the first point of contact for our clients – and the smiling face that will greet you when you visit our office. I also handle the clerical and organisational tasks that keep our fantastic team running smoothly.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me chasing after my two young children, enjoying a game of mini golf or if I’m very lucky, curling up with a good book.

Hi, I’m Tim and my primary role is preparing financial statements for a wide range of our clients. I also support our payroll team when needed.
Away from work, you’ll often find me on the golf course playing 18 holes, at a music or comedy gig, or enjoying a good football or cricket match.

Hi, I’m Joe and my role involves reviewing our clients’ draft financial statements, preparing complex accounts and making sure our clients always feel supported and informed.
Outside of accountancy, I enjoy getting lost in a painting session, cheering on my local ice hockey team with mates and never turning down a good pub quiz!

Hi, I’m George and alongside preparing financial statements for our clients, I really enjoy meeting with them and helping to resolve any accounts related queries.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me on the football pitch or in the stands. I’m a proud Southampton FC fan! I’m also a huge movie nerd and rarely miss a week at the cinema.

Hi, I’m Emma and my main role is processing payrolls for our clients. I make sure their employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.
In my spare time, I enjoy baking, spending time with my family, watching films and heading to the coast whenever I can.
Emma Harwood
Payroll & Accounts Assistant
Hi, I’m Jo and I look after all things Company Secretarial. That includes managing our clients’ Confirmation Statements, PSC registers, company formations, shareholdings and dividends.
In my free time, you’ll usually find me on the banks of a lake fishing for carp, tending to my garden (including the frogs in the pond), or enjoying a good game of rugby – Union or League, I’m a fan of both!
Jo Lewendon

Hi, I’m Annie. My role is a varied one; I manage and support our tax team with personal tax returns, while also overseeing our non-company business clients. I review accounts, provide guidance and answer their queries, helping them feel confident and supported in managing their finances.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling – both to new places and to familiar favourites. I also treasure spending quality time with my family, especially my young grandson.

Hi, I’m Sara and I manage our payroll department. I support our clients with all payroll related queries, keeping them up to date with the latest statutory legislation and compliance requirements.

Hi, I’m Erik. My role is to help our clients meet their deadlines with as little stress as possible, while giving them the confidence they need to plan for the future. I’m proud to support our clients, so please feel free to bring any questions my way.
Outside the office, I enjoy all kinds of games – both board games and video games, especially when there’s some friendly competition with mates. Pokémon has been a favourite of mine since childhood.

Hi I’m Matt and I look after my own portfolio of clients. I’m passionate about working with growing, ambitious businesses, helping them to achieve both their business and personal goals.
Away from CV, you’ll usually find me playing or watching sport. I’m a keen Bristol City and Bath Rugby fan and I get a huge amount of enjoyment from coaching my Corsham U11s football team. Oh and when the game’s over, there’s nothing better than a nice pint in a good pub!

Hi, I’m Sally. Working with the CV team is a real pleasure. We each bring our own strengths and mine lie in providing management accounts support for our clients and technical support for the team.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll often find me back in partnership with Matt, assisting with coaching our son’s U11s football team. When I’m not acting as a taxi service to my older kids, I try to carve out some time to unwind, usually with a bit of artwork, or a well-earned glass of wine.
