We’re excited to share an upcoming improvement to the way we share documents with you.
From 1 April 2026, we’ll be moving to SuiteFiles Connect, a modern, secure, cloud-based document management system designed specifically for accountants. This will replace our current Virtual Cabinet system and bring a much smoother, more efficient experience for you.
What this means for you
This upgrade comes with a range of benefits to make managing your documents easier than ever:
- Access your documents anytime, from anywhere – whether you’re in the office, at home or on the move
- Faster, simpler file sharing – upload and download documents quickly and securely
- Easy electronic signing – sign important documents in just a few clicks
- Everything in one place – especially helpful if you have multiple businesses, keeping everything organised and easy to find
Getting started
The first time we share a document or folder with you, you’ll receive an email from noreply@suitefiles.com. Simply follow the link to set up your account. You can sign in using:
- Your Xero account
- Your Google account
- Your email address and a password of your choice
Once set up, you’ll be able to access everything easily in the Folders section.
Accessing your account
You can access your account anytime at https://connect.suitefiles.com
If you already have an account, just log in using your preferred method.
Signing documents
When a document is ready for you to sign, the process is quick and straightforward:
- You’ll receive an email from noreply@suitefiles.com
- Click Review Document
- Follow the on-screen instructions to:
- Add or customise your signature
- Complete any required fields (highlighted in blue)
- Select Finish to complete signing
Once all recipients have signed the document(s), you’ll automatically receive a final copy for your records.
