We are very sad to let you know that we have lost one of our own.
You may remember James Shadwell, who worked as a Client Account Manager at Clear Vision from November 2001 until he was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2013, aged just 31. He died peacefully in his sleep yesterday.
James was one of Clear Vision Accountancy’s original employees. He was always supportive of the business and a great, loyal and hard-working member of our team.
James was a popular member of our team, well known for his sense of humour. He met and fell in love with his wife, Natasha Murawicka after she came to work at Clear Vision.
They went on to have two children Emily and Harry.
After his diagnosis, James fought valiantly through seven years of treatment, illness and infections.
Ever thankful for the support provided to him and his family, he bravely took part in a sponsored walk in aid of Dorothy House Hospice during this time.
He kept in touch with our team and even managed to join us for a few social events, including a lively boat trip around Weymouth Harbour and a chilly day at Cheltenham Racecourse. James was caring, compassionate and funny, and we’ll remember him with an ale in his hand and a dodgy dance move ready to go.
His family was everything to James right to the end and he could be found home schooling his children during lockdown, thankful that their education level was still within his capabilities!
We are very sad to say goodbye to James and know that you will join us in sending love and support to Tash, Emily, Harry and the rest of his family.
Rest In Peace James.
