This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year is kindness. I strongly encourage you to be kind to yourself and enjoy some time for you for at least 15 minutes each day. There is always something else to do and it can be never-ending and that’s why you need to make a decision to prioritise it.
Our Lockdown Family Resource Centre includes a number of links to tools and resources to support your mental health, including a new Government-funded support service for businesses. Do make use of these if they can help you or share the links with others in need of support.
